Taylor serves as the North American Marketing Officer for ExxonMobil Finished Lubricants, where she leads the strategy and execution behind some of the industry’s most recognized lubricant brands, including Mobil 1. Her work focuses on connecting world-class products with the customers, distributors, and partners who rely on them every day across automotive, commercial, and industrial markets.

Over more than two decades with ExxonMobil, Taylor has built a career spanning global markets, multiple businesses, and cross-functional leadership. That breadth of experience has given her a deep understanding of the customers and partners the business serves—an insight that shapes her approach to marketing and reinforces a core belief: the foundation of great marketing is understanding how to create real value for the customer.

With a background in engineering and marketing, Taylor brings a distinctive perspective to her leadership. She is known for translating complex technical problems into clear customer value, blending analytical rigor with creative thinking to build brands that resonate and strategies that perform in highly competitive markets.

Beyond business impact, Taylor is deeply committed to supporting the next generation of leaders. She serves on the advisory board for the University of Florida’s Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering, helping strengthen the connection between industry and education and preparing students for careers at the intersection of technology, innovation, and business.
