She has guided the brand into a new era of storytelling, successfully moving Kaiser Permanente beyond functional messaging to create deep emotional trust. This strategy recently helped her organization secure the #1 spot on Forbes’ “Best Brands for Value” list, outranking top global consumer brands.
Her leadership was likewise pivotal during the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and the COVID-19 pandemic, driving historic growth and all-time-high brand trust metrics.
An active voice in the industry, Kristy’s work has been honored with the Campaign US Female Frontier Award and the Marketers That Matter™ Award for Excellence. Kristy’s leadership is grounded in the belief that meaningful connection drives meaningful impact. She is a champion of dismantling silos and ensuring brand promise is a shared responsibility across her organization. Prior to Kaiser Permanente, she held senior leadership roles at Yahoo!, The Walt Disney Company, Primedia Publishing, and Time Warner. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
