Jennifer Patel is the Vice President of Global Marketing & Communications for the Cargill Bioindustrial business overseeing all disciplines of marketing and communications including strategic marketing, insights, digital marketing, and marketing communications. In addition, Jennifer and her team are responsible for all internal and external communication for employees, customers and the media. Jennifer also serves as the Chair of the Cargill Women’s Network, Cargill’s business resource group representing over 7,000 women globally to support gender parity.
Jennifer has a long career in B2B marketing and public relations leading teams for companies like Wells Fargo, United Healthcare and Hallmark.
A long-time community volunteer, Jennifer has served as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Three River’s Park District Foundation as well as served on the Board for Fraser Community Services, Children’s Grief Connection and The Minneapolis Aquatennial.
Born and raised in Minnesota, Jennifer lives in Shorewood with her husband Bhavin (Bob) and youngest daughter, Gia (13). Adult children Brock and Ingrid come home frequently and enjoy cheering on their little sister in dance competitions. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, cooking, live music and spending time on the lake at their home.
