Amber L. Minson, Sleep Number setting 55, serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Sleep Number. She joined Sleep Number on May 5, 2025, and leads the company’s integrated marketing strategy—driving sustained demand generation, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering media efficiency. Minson is focused on ensuring message clarity and consistency across digital and in-store experiences, while cultivating partnerships that help Sleep Number connect with new customers.
She is an accomplished leader with more than two decades of experience in marketing and brand strategy. Most recently, Minson served as CMO of Casper Sleep Inc. under a contract agreement. From 2022 to 2024, she served as Chief Revenue Officer at Blue Apron (formerly Nasdaq: APRN), where she led all revenue-generating and customer-facing functions, including growth through strategic pricing and promotional initiatives. Minson has also built and scaled high-performance marketing organizations for leading companies such as Intuit, Alibaba, Home Shopping Network (HSN), and Comcast NBCUniversal.
She holds an undergraduate degree in International Business from Mount Saint Mary’s University and a certificate in Middle Eastern Studies from WUJS Graduate Institute in Israel.
