Make the Choice: The New Growth Playbook for Marketers

Join David Rich, CMO of DTN, and Scott Morris, CMO of Sprout Social, for a dynamic conversation with Kathy Hollenhorst, Chief Community Officer of Marketers That Matter®.

As AI reshapes how marketing gets done, marketers face a bigger challenge than simply adopting new technology: where do you place your bets—and what do you choose not to do? David and Scott will share how they are navigating transformation while still delivering growth, from rethinking go-to-market models and launching new products to sharpening positioning, aligning teams and putting AI to work against real business priorities.

Drawing on experience across global enterprises, high-growth technology companies and iconic consumer brands, they’ll explore how marketing leaders can make smarter strategic choices, create differentiation in increasingly crowded markets and build a growth engine designed for what comes next.

Why Attend?

You’ll walk away with ideas on:

  • Making AI Matter to the Business – How to move beyond experimentation and put AI to work against the business problems, workflows and growth opportunities where it can create meaningful value.
  • Transforming the Growth Engine While You’re Running It – Lessons from repositioning brands, rebuilding go-to-market models and launching new products—all while continuing to deliver against today’s business expectations.
  • Making the Choices That Create Growth – How CMOs can determine where to focus, what to stop doing and where brand, positioning and differentiation fit when markets, customer expectations and technology are changing quickly.
  • How to Future-Proof Yourself – What skills and competencies are expected in this AI-driven marketing landscape, and how to ‘upskill’ yourself for future success.
  • Lessons from the Top – David and Scott give advice on navigating change based on key pivots they made and what they learned.

This conversation is for marketers across both B2B and B2C organizations who are thinking about the future of brand building and how AI is transforming how marketing work gets done. Expect candid perspectives, practical insights, and actionable ideas you can put to work immediately.
