Jessica Stejskal is Chief Experience Officer at Bridgewater Bank—an entrepreneurial, publicly traded commercial bank headquartered in the Twin Cities, Minnesota and known for its unconventional approach to banking.
In her role, Jessica leads the enterprise functions that shape how clients and employees experience the Bank. Her oversight includes marketing, community impact, and project management, and she works across the organization to unify and elevate the client experience while reinforcing Bridgewater’s award-winning culture as a strategic advantage.
Jessica joined Bridgewater in 2014 as its first marketing employee and built the function from the ground up, helping define and amplify the Bank’s distinctive brand. She most recently served as Senior Vice President of Marketing before stepping into her current role. In 2025, she was named a Notable Marketing Leader by Twin Cities Business for her creativity, strategic leadership, and impact on the Twin Cities business community.
