Jennifer Durgin is a Marketing thought leader who identifies growth opportunities for internationally recognized brands to include Mobil, Exxon & Esso fuels and Mobil 1, Mobil Delvac and Mobil Industrial branded products. She views each process—from product design and pricing to delivery channels and promotional campaigns—through the lens of consumers’ current and future needs.
Her leadership focus is creating clarity and articulating the goals for success for cross – functional teams to achieve top performance. She delivers financial value through brand investment & growth with a dual focus on revenue optimization and cost efficiency.
She is the Vice President of ExxonMobil’s Global Women’s Interest Network (WIN) where she plays a pivotal role in aligning 80 chapters around the world to deliver on the vision to help women feel valued, achieve their full potential, and maximize individual and collective impact to ExxonMobil’s business results through all stages of their career.
Jennifer also earned her coaching credentials from Rice University in 2024 and actively leverages her coaching training in her day to day leadership and mentoring within ExxonMobil.
In her personal time, she enjoys her two adult children and actively working in animal rescue, Operation Pet’s Alive serving the greater Houston area.
